The Legal, Legislation and Community Partners Committee Meeting of the Mojave Water Agency meets at 9:30 a.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month in the Agency Headquarters Board Room located at 13846 Conference Center Drive, Apple Valley, CA 92307. Committee meetings are informational only and no Board of Directors action may be taken.
Meetings are open to the public. Anyone wishing to address any matter pertaining to Agency business, listed on the agenda or not, may do so during the public comment period. Speakers must submit a Public Comment Request Form or email request to the Recording Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. Public comment is limited to five minutes per person and not more than 15 minutes in total. Committee members cannot take any action on items brought up during public comment.
Pursuant to the provisions of Assembly Bill 361, and in response to the COVID-19 outbreak and as a precaution to our Board of Directors, Agency staff, and the public, this meeting will be held via teleconference. The public may participate in the meeting by visiting the virtual meeting link below.
