With rising water rates and an end to our three-year long drought emergency, people in California are asking, why should I save water if my rates are going up and our water supply is high?

The High Desert is a naturally arid environment where limited rainfall and snowmelt create a limited natural supply of water.  The more of our natural supply that we save underground, the more water we will have when we enter another drought season - and California will see another drought in our lifetimes!
