Beverly J. Lowry
Director, Division 6

Beverly J. Lowry, who represents Division 6, has lived in Barstow for more than 30 years. She has served on the Mojave Water Agency Board of Directors in 1973-1977 and again from 1989 to the present. Mrs. Lowry is a commissioner on the Mojave River Basin Area Watermaster. She has been on the board of the Barstow Heights Community Service District for 20 years, including 10 years as President. She has also served for 11 years on the Flood Control Advisory Committee for Zone 4, and for many years she has been chair of the Veterans Home Support Foundation. Over the years she has held many full-time staff positions in government - federal, state and county - working mostly as a field representative.
