Richard D. Hall

Richard D. Hall was elected to the Board of Directors in November 1999 as representative of Division 3. Mr. Hall is a Member of the Hesperia Recreation and Park District Board of Directors which he was elected to for the first time in November 1990. He has lived in the High Desert most of his life. Presently he is working in the legal field. His background includes working in the Engineering Department and Manufacturing Department of the Program Management office of General Dynamic for 17 years. He is an inventor and loves to help and serve the public in community affairs. He is a Vietnam veteran and has served a two year church mission. He belongs to the USMBCA community service organization, Civil Air Patrol, and REACT. In his spare time, he does research on his new inventions at his ranch in Summit Valley. He believes it is very important to protect our water for this and future generations.
