Kimberly Cox
Director, Division 1

Kimberly Cox was elected to the Board of Directors in 2003 as a representative for Division 1, the largest and most diverse area of the Agency. Division 1 encompasses more than 2,500 square miles and includes agricultural, rural, industrial, and residential interests in a geographic region that spans from Newberry Springs to Phelan/Pinon Hills. Director Cox, a mother and grandmother, has been a 24-year resident of the High Desert and lives in Helendale/Silver Lakes. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Water Resource Management. Director Cox is the General Manager of a Community Services District and has extensive knowledge of High Desert water issues. She is also a former teacher at Victor Valley Community College in the Agriculture Department. Director Cox has been active in the area for many years serving on numerous appointed and elected boards.
